deawa® Sealer operation instruction:

Step 1.  Use brush or clean-room wiper (can not use non-woven cloth) wet mold with sealer, then use another clean cloth to wipe even from one side to another side

Step 2. The sealer will form a smooth and humid painting layer on the surface of mold.

Step 3. After 15 minutes, repeat step 1 to 2, at least two layers should be brushed. ( add 2 layers more to new mold) 

Step 4. After brushing the last layer, dry the mold for at least 30 minutes at room temperature ( lower temperature will need more time) to ensure the dryness of mold.  

Apply release agent to the mold surface, enter to the next process.
